WooAI Chatbot Pro is an intelligent AI-powered assistant for your WooCommerce store. This guide will walk you through the installation, configuration, and help you get your chatbot up and running in minutes.

Before You Begin

Make sure you have administrator access to your WordPress site and your WooCommerce store is properly configured with products.

Installation

Follow these steps to install WooAI Chatbot Pro on your WordPress site:

Download the Plugin

Download the latest version of WooAI Chatbot Pro from your purchase confirmation email or account dashboard. The file will be named woo-ai-chatbot-pro.zip.

Upload to WordPress

Navigate to Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin in your WordPress admin panel. Click "Choose File", select the downloaded ZIP file, then click "Install Now".

Activate the Plugin

After installation completes, click the "Activate Plugin" button. You'll be redirected to the plugin's welcome screen.

Verify Installation

Once activated, you'll see a new "AI Chatbot" menu item in your WordPress admin sidebar. Click on it to access the plugin dashboard.

License Activation

After installation, you need to activate your license to unlock all features and receive updates.

Open License Settings

Navigate to AI Chatbot → License & Updates in your WordPress admin menu.

Enter Your License Key

Enter the license key you received in your purchase confirmation email. The key format is: XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX

Verify Activation

Click "Activate License". Upon successful activation, you'll see a green "License Active" badge with your license details including the plan type and expiration date.

Initial Setup

After activating your license, complete these initial configuration steps:

1. Configure Your AI Provider

The most important step is connecting an AI provider. Navigate to AI Chatbot → AI Providers and configure at least one provider with your API key. We recommend starting with Google Gemini for the best balance of performance and cost.

2. Review Default Settings

Visit AI Chatbot → Appearance to customize how the chat widget looks on your store. You can adjust colors to match your brand, set the widget position, and customize the welcome message.

3. Test the Chatbot

Open your store's frontend in a new browser tab. You should see the chat widget icon in the corner of the screen. Click it to start a test conversation and verify everything is working correctly.
